IBNS-CMEDIA: Commercial LPG (19 kg cylinders) prices have been hiked by ₹993 with effect from Friday, amid ongoing disruptions in global fuel markets due to the Iran–US conflict.

The price of a commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi now stands at ₹3,071.50, sources told India Today.

However, there has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinders (14.2 kg), offering relief to household consumers.

In a statement, Indian Oil said retail prices of petrol, diesel, and domestic LPG remain unchanged.

“Retail prices of petrol and diesel remain unchanged for the general public, which constitutes around 90% of total consumption in the country,” the company noted.

The oil major added that aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices for domestic airlines have also remained unchanged, while prices of bulk diesel and ATF for international airline operations have been revised upward.

“Overall, approximately 80% of petroleum products have witnessed no change in prices, ensuring stability for the majority of consumers,” Indian Oil said.

At the same time, around 4% of petroleum products have seen a downward revision, reflecting the dynamic nature of global price movements.
