New Delhi/IBNS-CMEDIA: Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary on Tuesday.

Modi paid his respect to Gandhi at Rajghat in the national capital.

Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, was assassinated on January 30, 1948, by Nathuram Godse.

The day is not only observed as the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi but also as Martyrs’ Day.
