Team Toronto has administered more than 7.4 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine since the start of the vaccination campaign including more than 400,000 fourth doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
TPH continues its mobile vaccination campaign this weekend at the following locations:
- Toronto Diversity Festival, Nathan Philips Square, 100 Queen St. W., Saturday, August 27, 1:30 to 8:30 p.m.
- Sinting Fest on Eglinton West, Little Jamaica, Eglinton Street West between Marlee Avenue and Dufferin Street, Saturday, August 27, 12:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, August 28, 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Tamil Fest, Markham Road between McNicoll Avenue and Passmore Avenue, Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, August 28, 1 to 8 p.m.
- Toronto Korean Festival, Mel Lastman Square, 5100 Yonge St., Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, August 28, 12:30 to 7:30 p.m.
First, second, third, fourth, and pediatric COVID-19 doses will be provided by these family-friendly clinics to eligible residents, including children five and older.
Operating on a walk-in basis, these clinics will not need an appointment or health card. Pfizer and Moderna will be available.
People are protected best when their COVID-19 vaccinations when they are up to date as with vaccinations for other diseases. All eligible residents are encouraged to get their third and fourth doses as soon as possible. Having been scientifically proven to lower the risk of illness, hospitalization and death, COVID-19 vaccinations protect people, their loved ones and the community. The COVID-19 immunization clinic located at 1940 Eglinton Ave. E. will be moving to 1 Eglinton Sq. in response to vaccine demand with its last day of operation at 1940 Eglinton Ave. E. being Saturday, August 27.
The first day of operation at 1 Eglinton Sq. will be Saturday, September 3, and this location will be open Tuesday to Friday, noon to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (closed Sunday and Monday).
