The seasonal menu updates feature hearty ingredients, regional flavours and globally inspired dishes, offering travelers an enhanced dining experience before their flights.
Seasonal menu updates at Flagship and Admirals Club lounges
From coastal favourites and breakfast classics to globally inspired entrees and customizable food stations, the refreshed menus will be available across American Airlines’ lounge network this season.
Flagship lounge menus will include:
Chicken adobo — Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW)
Truffle arancini with Parmesan fondue — Philadelphia (PHL)
Florida snapper ceviche — Miami (MIA)
Admirals Club lounges will feature:
Build-your-own beef barbacoa taco bar — Chicago (ORD), Denver (DEN) and St. Louis (STL)
Sesame orange-glazed chicken — Los Angeles (LAX), Santa Ana, California (SNA), San Francisco (SFO) and Phoenix (PHX)
Creole-style chicken with rustic white bean cassoulet — New York (JFK/LGA) and Newark, New Jersey (EWR)
At Flagship lounges, customers can also enjoy the Flagship Dining experience, currently available at DFW and MIA, or order freshly prepared dishes through a QR code.
Looking ahead
The fall menu updates are part of a broader seasonal refresh across American Airlines’ lounge network, with additional offerings arriving throughout September and October.
The airline said it remains focused on providing distinctive flavours and hospitality to travelers throughout their journey, both on the ground and in the air.
