IBNS-CMEDIA: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has been recognized as the top large IT services provider for customer satisfaction in Europe by Whitelane Research, a leading independent organization specializing in IT sourcing research across Europe.

In a survey of more than 2,500 global participants from Europe’s leading IT spending organizations, TCS achieved an 80% satisfaction rate, securing first place among large IT service providers with over 150 client evaluations.

Recognized as an exceptional performer overall, TCS ranked first among three of five IT services towers – network and connectivity services (TCS provides 80% satisfaction vs industry average of 73%), cloud and infrastructure services (79% satisfaction vs industry average of 76%), and workplace services (79% satisfaction vs industry average of 74%).

Jef Loos, Head of Research, Europe at Whitelane Research, said, “TCS being the top large IT service provider in Europe for customer satisfaction in 2025/2026 is outstanding. The company has built on twelve prior years of ranking first for customer satisfaction in Europe and clearly showcases a client-centric approach and commitment to excellence. Our survey highlights their consistent delivery of value across vital domains for companies navigating complex digital transformations. It also demonstrates TCS’ ability to be a trusted partner, helping European enterprises navigate the changing digital environment with confidence and achieve tangible business outcomes.”

It reinforces TCS’ dedication to serving as a trusted IT partner for European enterprises. It is deeply fulfilling to see that our customers’ satisfaction scores reflect our commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for our clients across Europe.”

Evaluating broad industry trends, the report found that 30% of respondents are expecting to spend more of their IT budgets on external providers over the next two years, with the most popular reasons being more scalability to business needs (53%), to focus on the core business (44%), access to talent/resources (43%) and business transformation (41%). 38% of organisations are also planning to expand their current public cloud volume significantly.

In the next two to three years, organisations expect AI investments to increase moderately (53%) or significantly (37%), with the major challenges to adoption being data quality and availability (51%), compliance concerns (49%), and lack of skilled personnel (39%). In anticipation of these needs, TCS has set an ambition to become the world’s largest AI-led technology services company and to be a strategic partner to its clients across the full AI tech stack.
