Children’s To Benefit From Proceeds Of Atlanta Braves’ Spring Classic Baseball Game

ATLANTA/CMEDIA:  22nd annual Spring Classic baseball game between the University of Georgia Bulldogs and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will reportedly return Apr 15 to Truist Park for the first time since 2019,  Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (Children’s) and the Atlanta Braves have announced. 

Proceeds from the game will benefit the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

Taking place on Tuesday, Apr 15, at 7:00 p.m. at Truist Park Spring Classic,  22nd annual Spring Classic baseball game is  the only game this spring between the rivals. Special opportunities would be present during the game.for the families to meet Braves mascot BLOOPER, Hope and Will, Buzz and Hairy Dawg. 

Spring Classic between the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech have raised Since its inception,  more than $4 million dollars for Children’s and the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center.

For the first time families can experience the new Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Park, a 30,000-square-foot space full of interactive experiences for kids of all ages located at the Left Field Plaza at Truist Park.

Partnering with the Atlanta Braves, this space features amenities designed specifically for kids and their families, such as specialized concessions and merchandise.

Besides other exciting and engaging activities, it also features a new 480-square-foot board on the Delta Deck to facilitate families to keep up with the Braves game while simultaneously enjoying the Park.
