IBNS-CMEDIA: A top US official said on Monday that the relationship shared with India is one of the most consequential in the world.
She said both countries work closely on ‘vital priorities’.
“The United States’ relationship with India as one of the most consequential in the world,” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre told reporters.
“We work closely with India on our most vital priorities, including through the Quad and the U.S.-India initiative on the- — Critical and Emerging Technology,” she said.
Karine Jean Pierre said the US is looking forward to continuing the critically important partnership with India.
“We want to create more prosperous and secure Indo-Pacific and — and the world. And so, that is going to continue to be our focus as we move forward,” she said.
Meanwhile, India’s new ambassador to the USA Vinay Mohan Kwatra said he will work intensely to strengthen the crucial partnership between India and the USA.
In his X post, Kwatra said: ” Privileged to assume charge as the Ambassador of India to the United States of America. Team @IndianEmbassyUS will continue to work intensely to strengthen this crucial partnership.”
