Toronto city helps its entrepreneurs thrive in a global economy

Toronto/CMEDIA: The annual Small Business Forum reportedly would be hosted by The City of Toronto on Wed, Octr 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Meridian Hall.

Being a full-day event, with the Forum’s aim to support small business operators with this year’s theme, “Small Business, Big World,” would bring together entrepreneurs, business leaders and key stakeholders and to show them how they can explore Toronto’s small businesses.


As part of the City’s TradeTO initiative, the Forum helps businesses expand into new markets in advancing trade diversification efforts and help strengthen Toronto’s global connections and long-term economic growth.


Included in this event are:

Spotlight speakers in main stage programming, a fireside chat with Sara Wilshaw, Chief Trade Commissioner of Canada, and expert panels.

Seasoned entrepreneurs and global business experts share practical advice  in  speed mentoring sessions answering questions and spark new ideas

A trade show featuring more than 60 exhibitors, showcasing a diverse range of small business services and product providers

Anticipating more than 2,000 attendees this year, the City’s Participants will gain insights into changing global trade patterns, have access to resources and government programs for small business, and learn about opportunities to network with peers, mentors and industry leaders.  

Also highlighting the City’s Small Business Enterprise Centre, The Forum will offer year-round programs and services to help entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.
