Beverly Hills/IBNS-CMEDIA: One Battle After Another, Hamnet and Netflix’s Adolescence emerged as the biggest winners at the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, held in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, on Sunday (local time).
One of Hollywood’s most prestigious honours celebrating excellence in film, television and podcasts, the Golden Globes this year were hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, who opened the ceremony with a sharp monologue roasting several stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio, as well as broadcaster CBS.
DiCaprio-starrer One Battle After Another led the nominations tally with nine nods, while Netflix’s Adolescence secured four awards, including Best Supporting Actor on Television for Owen Cooper.
