City of Toronto dedicates “Taylor Swift Way”

Toronto/CMEDIA: Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow was joined today reportedly outside Rogers Centre Gate 13  by representatives from Rogers and the Daily Bread Food Bank for the unveiling of Taylor Swift Way, in honour of the pop megastar’s upcoming Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour shows at Rogers Centre in Toronto.

Formal remarks at a podium by speakers was followed by the sign unveiling. 

The route from Nathan Phillips Square to Rogers Centre along Queen Street West, John Street, Front Street and Blue Jays Way was designated for the month of November by The city as Taylor Swift Way with the installation of ceremonial street signs.


Created in partnership with Rogers, the signage will be donated to Daily Bread Food Bank to auction after the concert series ends.

Six sold-out shows will be performed by Taylor Swift  at Rogers Centre on November 14, 15, 16, 21, 22 and 23.
