Mumbai/IBNS-CMEDIA: Bollywood star Deepika Padukone‘s maternity photoshoot grabbed eyeballs, with daughter Dua’s adorable expressions stealing much of the attention as the actor awaits her second child with Ranveer Singh.
The Bollywood power couple unveiled the maternity photoshoot featuring their daughter, who turned two on Tuesday.
Deepika flaunts baby bump with Ranveer and Dua
In one of the pictures, Dua is seen flashing a cute smile as Ranveer holds Deepika’s baby bump.
As Deepika is in the advanced stage of her pregnancy, the couple captioned the post, “Baby Dua and our hearts are getting bigger! Thank you for your blessings!”
Several celebrities, including Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurrana and Hollywood star Vin Diesel, congratulated the couple.
Deepika continues working during pregnancy
Despite being in an advanced stage of pregnancy, Deepika has continued with her professional commitments instead of taking an early break.
She has reportedly been shooting for Atlee’s Raaka, including during her third trimester. Reports said the actor worked late hours and filmed demanding sequences.
The production has also reportedly used a body double for physically intense action scenes to accommodate her pregnancy.
Deepika has simultaneously remained involved with other projects, including Shah Rukh Khan’s King.
Deepika and Ranveer’s love story
Deepika and Ranveer’s relationship dates back to 2013, when they met on the sets of Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.
After years of dating, the couple reportedly got secretly engaged in 2015.
They tied the knot on November 14, 2018, in an intimate yet grand ceremony at Lake Como, Italy.
The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Dua, in 2024.
